Julep is located in a foster home in southeast Arizona, between Benson and Willcox. She is approximately 2 1/2 hours from Tempe or one hour east of Tucson.<br/> <br/><br/>"Julep is a senior female dog with a lot of love to give. She is an intelligent, quiet, and independent dog with a dignified and gentle demeanor. <br/><br/>Julep weighs only 48 pounds, and she is 11 years old. Tis sweet girl was in the county shelter and the wonderful employees contacted Fedwell Farm since we do a lot of seniors. We are so happy she is here, she seems so happy to be in a home and loves to roll on the grass!<br/><br/>Julep is affectionate and loves to be around people. She could be an apartment dog, watching Animal Planet while her family is at work or school.<br/><br/>She enjoys lounging on the couch and rolling in the grass. . She is very curious and likes to sniff around new places and people. <br/><br/>She is also loyal to her loved ones and will always be by your side. Julep is brave, she walked into her foster home like she owned the place within a few minutes of her arrival. She walked right through the 10 other dogs in her foster family. She also knew how to use the dog door. <br/><br/>She is looking for a calm and peaceful home to retire in where she will be showered with love and affection.
