Juki's Story

Juki is a certified softie, a total love bug, and one of the best snugglers you'll ever meet. His favorite hobbies include cuddling, soaking up affection, and keeping his belly ready just in case snacks appear.

Once found abandoned in an apartment building, Juki's journey led him to the shelter for a fresh start-where he's shown everyone just how calm, easygoing, and affectionate he truly is. This handsome guy is housebroken, knows "sit," walks nicely on leash, and settles beautifully in an office or cozy crate (yes, he's crate trained!). He's even enjoyed overnight office sleepovers, proving he's a calm, comforting companion and an excellent work-from-home buddy.

Juki has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, which can sometimes make rough play uncomfortable. Because of this, he'd do best with calm, lower-key canine companions who don't engage in rowdy wrestling or body-slamming play, and we recommend avoiding dog parks or other uncontrolled off-leash environments.

He can occasionally get a little sloppy with his mouth when he's excited or playing, but it's all part of his goofy, affectionate personality. If you're looking for a loyal cuddle buddy with a heart of gold, Juki is ready to trade shelter life for a cozy couch and a family to call his own.
