Jujubee is one of five puppies surrendered to rescue after an unexpected “oops” litter when a neighbor’s dog jumped a fence. She was born on December 12 to a 10-lb Chihuahua mix mom and a medium-sized mixed breed dad. A DNA test shows she is half Chihuahua with 15 other breeds mixed in—making her a true “Heinz 57.”<br/><br/>At 3 months old, Jujubee weighs about 9 pounds. She is the only girl in the litter and is currently in foster care with her brothers, Charlie and Bosco. The three spend most of their days happily playing together.<br/><br/>Jujubee is friendly with both people and other dogs. She loves her toys, enjoys chewing on bully sticks, and especially loves playing with her brothers. She is doing well learning to use potty pads and has a healthy appetite.<br/><br/>Jujubee has received her first puppy vaccination, has been dewormed, and will be spayed as part of her adoption.
