Judy and Nick - Bonded Pair's Story
**Judy and Nick are a bonded pair and have to be adopted out together. Come out to meet this sweet pair today!**

Meet the dynamic duo, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde! Now, despite getting their names from action-loving characters, Judy and Nick like to live life more chill. They can be on the nervous side, and it takes them time to warm up to strangers. Once they know you, though, they are both extremely loving and snuggly!
Judy is a 4 year old female Chihuahua mix. She’s the more trusting of the two, and warmed up to us quicker than Nick did. She still loves play time, but she also appreciates a good nap as well. Judy would love an owner that is ready for plenty of snuggles!
Nick is a 1 year old male Chihuahua mix. When first meeting strangers, Nick is the more shy of the two. It took him longer to warm up to us, and he didn’t want to be grabbed at right off the bat. It is going to take time to gain Nick’s trust, and we ask that you give him patience while he get to know you. Once he trusts you, though, this boy is an active and fun-loving buddy! Nick definitely has his playful side, and is young enough that he has excess energy to burn.
This pair came in as strays together, so we unfortunately don’t know much about their history. The man that brought them said he had often seen them running as strays together. What was immediately apparent was that Judy and Nick are very attached to each other, and don’t like being separated. Due to this, we will be requiring they go to a home together. They also don’t seem to be the biggest fan of other animals. Judy especially hasn’t liked any of the dogs or cats we’ve introduced her to outside of Nick. We strongly recommend a meet and greet with any pets in the home, and it may be best that Judy and Nick be the only animals. We also have not seen how Judy and Nick do around kids, but with them being nervous, we don’t think they’ll be a good fit for homes with small children that can’t respect their space.
Judy and Nick are going to need some work on their house training, as they still have accidents if they’re not let out often enough. They also will need a secure yard, as their history of wandering can’t be allowed to continue for their safety. These two truly are a special pair, though, and will be a great addition to the right home! If you think Judy and Nick could be the dogs for you, stop by and meet them today!
