Joyce! Cuddle bug Australian Kelpie & Doberman Pinscher Mix New York, NY

This is JOYCE! She is 9 months old and 40 lbs. This adorable girl is just the sweetest and most loving girl.

JOYCE is housetrained, crate trained, and knows all her commands. She is a sucker for treats and loves to learn new tricks! It normally takes her about five minutes to learn a new trick. So far she knows:
-sit, down, place, paw, heal, and roll over
She is a certified Smarty MC-Smartpants.

She loves to play in the doggie swimming pool and might actually think she is part seal! She teaches her foster mom daily to just love life.

JOYCE loves all dogs of any size and is in a foster home with 4 other dogs, her best friend is a 8 pound Chihuahua! JOYCE would also do really well as a single lady. She loves to play and jumps like a kangaroo when she plays fetch. She enjoys going on walks and hikes but really enjoys cuddles in the evening while her foster parents watch T.V.

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico and will be flown over to NY/NJ once adopted.

We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority.

We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years).

Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog.

In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopters home and schedule. Thank you for understanding.
