Joy's Story
Joy is a young shepherd mix with a stunning golden coat. She came into the shelter in October with her 3 siblings who were unfortunately in rough shape and severely malnourished. She is now healthy and happy, and enjoys playing with her brother and sisters all day. Joy is very cautious but curious about people, and LOVES treats.

The volunteers are currently working on leash walks with Joy, and helping her to gain more confidence. Joy will thrive with a family who can offer patience, stability, and steady affection. Joy has so much beauty and potential—she just needs a safe home where she can grow confident and finally feel secure.

Approved applications will be contacted to make an appointment for a 'meet and greet'. If the pup selects you, a second trip to the shelter will be required to pick them up and complete the adoption process.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, had a wellness exam from our veterinarian, have been treated for fleas/worms and are up to date on vaccinations.

Please call the adoption team at 360-660-4661 or email doghousenbpaws@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Please LIKE us on Facebook at NORTH BEACH PAWS or visit our website at northbeachpaws.org.
