Journey is a special girl looking for a special home. <br/><br/>Journey started her life being born in the woods in rural Tennessee, running with a pack of dogs until we were able to help catch her when she was 3 months old, that is when her human socialization was able to start.<br/><br/>She has made great progress so far, and we are looking for a patient and loving family who has an equally amazing well balanced dog who is looking for a playmate. A physically fenced yard is a must to ensure her safety and what she will be the most comfortable in.<br/><br/>She is a stunning girl and has a sweet side to her and is a dog's dog kind of dog. She will curl up beside me at night on the couch and we are working on potty training. She still has a lot of things to learn due to her late start, so finding a family who is willing to put in the work to get the reward of such a sweet girl is our priority.<br/><br/>She is spayed, current on vaccines and preventions. We have no idea on her breed, but expect that she will be medium sized when full grown, as you can see she is currently all legs!<br/><br/>If you think you are the right family or person for Journey, please fill out our adoption application on our website at www.safehaventn.com .
