Josie's Story
Josie is an 2 year femaile weight 60 lbs. She is a happy girl who loves to meet other dogs, big and small. She can be cautious with people at first, but loves to get her pets and scratches. Josie loves to go on walks and hops right into the car to start adventures. She walks well on a leash, takes treats gently and uses the doggie door. She sleeps through the night in her crate and is not barky. She has good house manners although she can't seem to help but pick up any socks left on the floor and trot around with them. She doesn't love her bath but loves to run in streams and she enjoys the beach. However, she didn't like the waves crashing so instead she jumps over them into the shallow water. In the house, she will be your shadow ... liking knowing where the people are. Josie is a quiet dog, well mannered, doesn't dig or eat plants, and loves treats. She loves to initiate play with other dogs and would love to join a family with another dog or a person who interacts with other dogs. She is being fostered in Scotts Valley with 2 other adult dogs. Josie is a bit shy with new people so best with older kids. Josie is spayed, microchipped and has had all her shots. She is ready to meet her forever people. Please contact us if you would like to meet Josie.
