Jones's Story

Jones-ing for a puppy? An adorable little brown package of love? Wrinkles everywhere and and a love of everything alive? Then you are clearly in need of some Jones in your life! Jones is a lab mix
pup who weighs a teeny 14 lbs now with lots of room to grow. Jones is a sweet, loving, playful and fun boy who is everything a puppy should be. He does well with children and is ready to learn all of the ins and outs about living in a home. He could settle easily with other dogs and would be happy to follow and learn from any and everyone. This simply brown package is simply irresistible!
*Weekend Host Feedback: "Jones was a sweet and polite visitor. He seems very chill for a puppy. The night we picked him up he was nervous but settled in relatively quickly and slept through the night well (10pm-6am) without any accidents. Both nights we left him out of the crate and he slept happily on the floor by an adult. He was very tolerant and seemed to enjoy my 4 and 6 year old boys! After the first 24 hours, we really got to see his personality shine and he was acting more puppy-like, wanting to run and jump with my kids. We took him on a few walks and the first time he didn't seem to know what was happening but within 5-10 minutes was walking well and did not try to pull.
*Additional feedback: " Jones is a sweet, gentle boy who's already showing what a wonderful companion he'll be. He signals at the door when he needs to go out, and sleeps through the night without any issues".

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption's Adoption Policy
All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $395.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. Our Adoption Request Form can be completed online at our website at https://savinggracenc.org/adopt/. An Adoption Request Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home. Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit the donate page on our website at https://savinggracenc.org/give/donate-now/. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
