Jolene's Story
Meet Jolene: one cute 6 week old puppy that's ready for the world to know about her existence!

Jolene is the 'boss of the litter' per foster mom, Shellie. She and Jasper play the most together, and when wrestling, Jolene usually wins! This 'take all' girl is ready to take on finding the perfect adopter!

Jolene came to us from her mommy's belly! -That is Julie, the mommy dog, came to PAFP while she was still pregnant.
She had been brought in as a stray to Bullitt Co Animal Shelter in mid-November. The shelter asked if we'd be able to take her upon her stray wait ending, we said 'yes,' contingent on finding a foster (because we were scheduled to travel). I searched high and low, and finally found a wonderful foster for Julie, and her pups once they were born.

Julie gave birth on 11/21 to 8 healthy pups! Julie weighs just 25 lbs herself, so Jordan shouldn't grow to be a very big dog. By the looks of most of the pups' ears, daddy was likely a beagle, or some kind of hound.

Mommy Julie, and these pups have the colors of an Australian Cattle Dog, however her temperament is nothing like that of a cattle dog... she's not 'intense' like a cattle dog, and basically is just a total sweetheart of a dog!

If you'd like to consider adopting Jolene, and would like to be considered to adopt her, we appreciate you emailing the rescue (via this post is fine), sharing your phone number, along with a good time to call you. And we will get back to you within a day, promise!

There are 2 adoption options when we have young puppies, they are:

As Is, which includes the initial DAPP vaccine, initial dewormer, Home Again microchip, and pup would go on a sterilization agreement to be sterilized at your own vet within 6 months. $175

All-Inclusive, which includes everything in the 'as is' adoption + the 2 follow up DAPP vaccines, 2 follow up dewormers, and the sterilization to be handled by the rescue via SNIP clinic, and surgery would take place within 3 months of adoption. $275

Thank You!

Jessica, Fabricio, and foster-mom Shellie
