Jolene's Story

Jolene is a super friendly girl. She is a mixed breed (?) at 2 years and 8 months. She is a perfect size weighing 46 pounds (All the better to hug). She has a short black and white coat and such a friendly face to match her personality. Her family surrendered her because they were moving and could not take her with them. She is a great medium sized gal at 46 pounds and ready to be your next canine companion. She has proven to be super friendly with dogs and kids. It is unknown if she has met a cat. Jolene loves cuddles and affection. Belly rubs are an A plus on her list. When rocking her energy level, she is very playful with an exuberant zest for fun. Jolene has a bunch of positive attributes that make her a standout in any crowd. She will benefit from continued training, continued exercise and oodles of socialization. She is working on leash training but has successfully completed her crate and house training. Daily walks will be a good opportunity to check out her leash skills as well as socialization skills. It will be a new world to her with all the new sights, smells, sounds, and people along her walk. It is important to remember that although Jolene is housetrained, accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Jolene is ready to steal your heart and all it takes is one meeting with her. Her love will be consistent, and her sweet personality will be the one thing nobody can get enough of. Be her forever family to get all of the bragging rights and loads of stories to tell all about Jolene.* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Jolene is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
