Johnny also does well with other dogs and enjoys their company. He’s not destructive with his toys and loves having things to chew and play with.

Johnny has been waiting far too long for his forever home. Loving Paws of the South's Adoption Policy
Most adoptions begin with an online application. Each application is carefully reviewed by three members of our board to help ensure every dog is placed in a safe, appropriate, and loving home. As part of the vetting process, we contact all listed references, including veterinary and references. We also verify the applicant’s address and type of residence and may request a home tour. Once approved, applicants begin our two-week foster-to-adopt program. This trial period gives the dog and family time to adjust and helps ensure the placement is a good long-term fit before the adoption is finalized.
