Joey's Story
Joey hasn't always had the stable home life she deserved.

She adores the people she knows and currently requires a home with no other dogs or pets.
With her level of reactivity right now coming fresh out of the shelter she would need someone with experience of handling a dog with her kind of background.

Joey is wound up being at the shelter - once she's in a home that takes the time to help her nervous system settle, keep her active, and be able to safely expose her and challenge her in the right ways she will do beautifully. Also whoever takes her to be confident and safe in walking her.

She's got good drive, would make a great adventure pal, she's down for anything. Still weary of strangers but proper introduction and you let her take whatever time she need then she turns into a real cuddle bug that loves playing a good game of tug. She's vocal, growls when she's uneasy about someone and makes it known she knows her people are around.
