Male Black Lab Mix. Beautiful and very friendly. Loves everyone he meets and has typical happy lab personality. Needs a little work on the leash around other dogs…he always wants to meet and greet everyone and will pull until he gets there! Once he is away from distractions though, he does wonderful on a leash and enjoys his walks. Joe is very high energy and would do best in a home where he has plenty of room to run and play! He really is a big teddy bear and enjoys belly rubs and plenty of attention and praise for being such a good boy! He loves to fetch the ball or play tug on the rope...and if you take a break from a game he will entertain himself by tossing the toy in the air and pouncing on it over and over again!<br/><br/>Joe is a little choosy about his canine buddies so if you have another dog, we will want to introduce them to make sure they get along before he is adopted. <br/><br/>Because of his high energy, he would probably do best in a home without small children. He is a big boy and a bit like a bull in a china shop! This pup is just full of love and always puts a big smile on anyone who meets him! We estimate he is around 2 years old.
