Joe is currently participating in an eight-week basic obedience course designed to help him master essential commands and skills. Throughout the course, he will learn vital commands such as "sit," "stay," and "come," while also focusing on crate training, leash etiquette, and socializing with both people and other dogs. Joe has a special love for playtime with his canine friends, and he thrives in an environment where he can interact with them. He is neutered, has received all of his vaccinations, and is microchipped for his safety. Your adoption fee covers vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella), microchipping, heartworm and Lyme testing, rabies vaccination, spay/neuter, and a dog license. All dogs must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter; if this hasn't been done, we'll schedule an appointment for you. **Payment: ** We accept cash only-no checks, debit, or credit cards, please. For more information, feel free to reach out to us during office hours, Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our public visitation hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM. If you're coming from out of town, give us a call at 740-432-2219 to make sure the dog is still here.
