Joanna's Story

Joanna came to us as essentially a feral dog. She was afraid of almost everything. Over the course of the two years we have housed her, Joanna has flourished. She is extremely affectionate and loves being brushed or pet. From time to time, she develops a case of the zoomies, and you will often catch her with a benebone dangling from her mouth. Joanna is truly one of the goofiest yet love-filled dogs that we've ever had cross our path here at the shelter. She is here waiting on her person.
