Update: We rescued her before she could be euthanized & is with a temporary foster till she gets her own home. Meet beautiful five year old, 83 lb spayed JOAN, a smart and friendly German Shepherd. The reason she is so overlooked is that her kennel presence is not very impressive. The benefits of adopting an adult dog include often house-trained (Joan is!), know some commands and she enjoys her humans. Playgroup notes mentioned her play style as 'Gentle Dainty.'
