This approximately 5-year-old, 40lb mixed breed, possibly with some Border Collie in her, came to us after being found as a stray and humanely trapped by the dog warden. She arrived scared and unsure, hoping only for a safe harbor and that's exactly what she found.<br/><br/>Since her first days with us, JoJo has come an incredibly long way. With time, patience, and lots of gentle love, she has begun to trust our volunteers and is learning that people can be kind, safe, and loving. Watching her confidence grow has been truly rewarding. She has been truly blossoming into the best girl.<br/><br/>JoJo is still on her journey, so she's looking for a patient, caring home that will continue helping her build confidence at her own pace. Because she's still learning, a home with older children or no children would be the best fit for her.
