Jimbo's Story

IF YOU CAN SEE THIS POST, I AM STILL AVAILABLE AND LOOKING FOR MY FOREVER FAMILY

Who is looking for a dog that’s past all that puppy nonsense? Well this big boy could be the dog you have been looking for…meet Jimbo!

Jimbo got out of the pound for an afternoon and this is what his handler had to say about their time together. “Jimbo easily loaded into the truck and rode nicely. He really enjoyed being on the 30’ line at the beach, has a soft play style and had no problem entering the water. Jimbo attaches to his handler very quickly, but is a strong male, so we worked on respecting tension on the line and giving into pressure. He started to respond to a recall “come” command quite nicely, because butt scratches are the best reward! While he looked at other dogs on the beach and in town, he never tried to pull towards them. Jimbo started walking next to his handlers side throughout town and most of the corrections were to keep him from marking territory. Jimbo enjoys affection and allows you to pet him all over his body, he is a kind dog that will excel with a little consistency and love in his life.”

Jimbo enjoys napping in the sun spread eagle & likes to keep a clean kennel.

✅Anatolian Shepard Mix
✅3-4 years old & 85 lbs
✅passed crate, cat & kid testing
✅running in the play yard with Dino/Fancy & Bronson/Ranger
✅he had no reaction when getting his vaccines, micro chipped, and he allow us to clip all of his toenails

Apply today & Jimbo can come meet you in Portland or Vancouver! bit.ly/delnorteadoption

or apply at milasmutts.org under available dogs

Medical Done:
.
