I'm perfectly house-trained and kennel-trained (a girl needs her alone time). And yeah, I'm a world-class cuddler, but that's a privilege you have to earn. My snuggles are reserved for the inner circle.</div><br/><br/><div><br aria-hidden="true" /><b>Let's cut to the chase. </b>My foster humans say I've got 'Malinois/Shepherd traits,' which is code for 'way smarter than your average canine.' I run a tight ship here. My duties include neighborhood watch from my couch throne and providing vocal commentary on everything from falling leaves to questionable fashion choices. While I'm open to sharing my kingdom with another dog, they need to respect the queen. I take a minute to warm up, so slow introductions are non-negotiable.</div><br/><br/><div><br aria-hidden="true" />I'm currently consulting with a professional to refine my let's call it 'discriminating taste' when it comes to the outside world. I have VERY strong opinions about squirrels (they're plotting something), and I'm not a fan of anything with wheels. Or at least an appreciation for my brand of humor.</li><br/><br/><li>Understands that the couch is a shared throne, and the yard is a racetrack.</li><br/><br/><li>Is ready for a fiercely loyal sidekick who will stick with them through thick and thin.</li><br/><br/><li>Isn't intimidated by a lady with a skincare routine. A girl's gotta manage her allergies to maintain this glow, you know? It's not high-maintenance, it's self-care.</li><br/><br/></ul><br/><br/><div><span style="font-weight: 400;">I do have one little bump in my journey right now I was recently diagnosed with heartworm. The good news is that I have an amazing team of people taking care of me, and my veterinarians expect me to make a full recovery! I'm still available for adoption, and if my forever family finds me before my treatment is finished, you can foster me and Save-A-Bull Rescue will cover the cost of all my remaining treatment! My recovery is expected to continue through the fall, and my only real job is to take it easy. That means lots of naps, plenty of snuggles, and embracing my temporary couch-potato lifestyle.
