She loves a lap to sit on and loves snuggling any chance she gets. She walks so well on leash and enjoys her walks. She LOVES squeaky toys and will play with them on her own and loves to fetch them. She is a perfect dog and I find it so hard to believe she ended up in a shelter. She is house trained and is non-destructive if left alone. She really is a jewel.”<br/><br/>Needs slow introductions to dogs, but is good after a while. Barks and chases cats. Walks really well on leash and tends to jump on you for attention. <br/><br/>Jewel would do well as the only dog or with another small dog in the home with no cats. I would love to see her in a home with people who don't mind her wanting to be with them all the time, and don't mind a little dog on their lap most of the time. I think she'd be great with a family who would give her lots of attention and who would take time to play with her.
