After spending months at the shelter, Jett was given his freedom pass out and is now under the care of American Lab Rescue. Jett has been waiting since early November to get picked by a foster or adopter. He is your classic good-boy-in-waiting, currently holding down the fort in boarding while watching new faces come and go. He is currently perfecting his "please notice me" head tilt. His heart remains wide open and full of hope. Now we are at the end of February, and Jett is ready to be on the March 21st transport. <br/><br/>Jett is the definition of sweet and calm—he has the softest, quietest bark you've ever heard. It's almost as if he's too polite to make a fuss. He loves nothing more than leaning into a kind hand for ear scratches, offering soft, soulful looks with those big, expressive eyes that seem to say, "I'm ready when you are." Jett came to us unsure of the world — but with love and tender care, he’s bloomed into a bright, affectionate, and adventurous young dog. He weighs 51 pounds and is about a year and a half old.
