JETHRO<br/>Age- 5-6 years<br/>Weight-50lbs<br/>Breed guess: Collie mix with a splash of perfection <br/>Fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and will have a full dental cleaning.<br/><br/>Jethro had a family once. <br/>A house full of kids, other pets and mom and dad...a happy life.<br/>Unfortunately, when dad found himself as a single parent of 6 children, some hard decisions had to be made,and Jethro ended up at the pound.<br/>A volunteer saw what an amazing dog he was, and when his hold was up and he was to be euthanized, she couldn't let that happen,and took him home to find rescue placement.<br/>Jethro went through a long period of depression and withdrew for quite a while.<br/>But now this sweet boy is finding his happy again and ready for his furever ever after.<br/><br/>Jethro is a perfect gentleman. <br/>He loves everyone, is quiet as a mouse and past all that puppy nonsense of chewing and jumping. <br/>He walks like a dream on leash.<br/>First day at his new foster home, he joined into doggy daycare and gets along with everyone big and small. He's as content as can be laying at your feet, curled up for movie night, out on a walk, or sunbathing in the yard. This covers altering, DAP series vaccinations to date of adoption, Bordetella Vaccination, Rabies vaccination if over four months, Microchip, Deworming, heartworm test (if over 8 months), monthly flea/heartworm prevention to date, grooming, full veterinary examination, and temperament evaluation. <br/><br/>All SOAR dogs go through a ten-day quarantine period to ensure they are healthy, before being adopted. We do not operate on a first come first serve basis, but screen applicants in order to find the best fit for our adoptable dogs.
