Jessy is bonded with her younger sister, Snoopy, and is the braver of the two - she definitely helps Snoopy come out of her shell. Jessy loves other dogs too and plays well with them, though she tends to prefer dogs who are a little less rambunctious. Mostly, though, Jessy LOVES people.

She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up almost immediately and, once she does, she will want to be as close to you as possible. Jessy is happiest when she can sit beside her favorite human or, better yet, be curled up on the couch with them. She's won hearts here at the farm for her habit of resting her head on staff member's laps the minute they sit down, or leaning her head against their shoulders - she has no concept of personal space, and she just wants to give her people all the love and affection she thinks they deserve. Which is A LOT!

Jessy does need to be adopted alongside her sister Snoopy, but both girls are quiet and low-key. They love playing with each other and they don't ask for much - just a quiet home and a human ready to be showered in love!

If you're looking for two of the sweetest souls to brighten up your life, be sure to check out Jessy & Snoopy!

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our dog adoption questionnaire and e-mail any questions to: trailshomefarm@homewardtrails.org

PLEASE VISIT THIS WEBSITE TO FIND THE ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE:

http://www.homewardtrails.org/adopt-a-pet/adoption-forms/

HOW TO MEET THIS ANIMAL: Fill out the application and we will follow up with you!

LOCATION: Trails Home Farm

ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Trails Home Farm

ADOPTION FEE: Adult dogs: $615

------

HT ADOPTION INCLUSIONS:
-Spay/Neuter
-First 3 distemper series vaccines and dewormings
-Rabies vaccine* age appropriate at time of adoption
-Microchip - lifetime with no registration fees
-Current on heartworm preventative
-Current on flea/tick preventative

----

EXCLUSIVE HTAR ADOPTER BENEFITS:

-$15 off your first chewy order of $49.00 or more
-Exclusive pet insurance offers
- $250 coverage at any VCA Hospital in the country
-COMPLIMENTARY FIRST EXAMS at 10 DC-Area veterinarians
- Free year-round dog training
- KEEP YOUR PET SAFE: Homeward Trails is proud to offer PetLink GPS trackers that will allow you to know where your pet is in real time.**Exclusive for HT Adopters (does not include subscription plan): $50 Check it out here: https://landing.petlink.net/gps-dog-tracker
-A portion of EVERY ADOPTION FEE supports spay/neuter efforts in under resourced communities
-Free doggy day care offers
-EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS for Homeward Trails events and merchandise
-Win a $50 Amazon gift card
