Why Choose Me?<br/><br/>Jessie is a happy, playful girl. She had fun chasing toys which she'd plop down with and enjoy right away. Being a hot day, she soon learned that the best place to play with her toys was the shade, so she started taking her toys to the blanket beneath the canopy. She was so cute! Jessie would also sit for treats and was friendly to her canine neighbor at the fence. She's a sweet, pretty girl but sadly has heartworms, so she's only available to rescue, foster, or foster-to-adopt. Once she's treated, she'll also be available for adoption.
