Jessie's Story

Jessie's person was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and reached out for help to find Jessie a new Furever Home.
Time is of the essence.

Jessie is now in foster in South Carolina. She is a very sweet lovable girl - a loving home companion, healthy, spayed, about 60lbs, 6yo, up-to-date on all shots, great with people, leash-trained and crate trained. Jessie bonds beautifully with her person & will make anyone a great home companion.

She's will tolerate being crated- except during thunderstorms. She does best with her person & may benefit with trazadone or calming tab/tranquilizer during a thunderstorm. A thunderstorm 'vest' probably is a good idea.

In her original foster home, Jessie did fine with resident dogs & cats that she knew and was introduced to slowly -- so both should be considered carefully for Jessie, if in the same household. Cat-test video of Jessie is available.

Jessie may not do well with new strange dogs on the street - so caution is needed when walking her outdoors, on-leash. So please be considerate of Jessie and oversee her when put out in a fenced yard if one is available.

We can arrange a video chat & Meet with Jessie for qualified adopt/foster offers.
