Jesse's Story
Meet Jesse — an adventure-loving husky mix who needs a PNW foster (or foster-to-adopt) home by January 17th.

Jesse is a one-year-old husky mix with a sharp mind, playful energy, and a joyful curiosity that makes him a blast to be around. He's smart, fun, and always ready for his next adventure — whether that's sprinting across the yard, exploring a new trail, or settling in for well-earned snuggles at the end of the day.

This young guy thrives with activity and would do best with a foster or adoptive family who enjoys getting outside. Running, hiking, and playtime are right up Jesse's alley. He would also love having another playful dog in the home — someone who's up for zoomies, jumping, and happy yard sessions.

Despite his husky heritage, Jesse is surprisingly quiet and rarely barks. On walks, he calmly ignores other dogs who may be vocal around him. He's house trained, eager to please, and settles beautifully once his energy is burned off.

Jesse's ideal foster or forever home includes a securely fenced yard (at least 6 feet) where he can safely run and play. He does best with children ages 10 and up and in a home without small dogs or cats, simply because he doesn't always realize how strong and enthusiastic he can be.

If you're in the Pacific Northwest and can open your home to Jesse as a foster, foster-to-adopt, or adopter, he would be incredibly grateful. Fur Love Haven provides support for fosters — you provide the love, structure, and safe place to land.

Help Jesse take his next step.
He just needs the right person to say yes.

If Jesse could be the perfect addition to your home, please submit an adoption application on our websitre: furlovehaven.org

** Please understand that we are a volunteer-run organization and we do our best to respond in a timely manner. Due to the high volume of applications, emails & phone calls we receive, we may be unable to respond to everyone.

The first step is to submit an adoption application.

We will review your application and you may be contacted if this animal miught be a good fit.

Please be aware, submitting an application is not a guarantee, but if we think you might be a potential fit, someone will contact you within 72 hours.
