Jenny's Jethro

Jethro is a beautiful one year old puppy. His mother was a Choc lab but we are not sure what the father was. He was one of 7 dogs that were rescued from a basement in Eckhart, MD. They lived in this deplorable place their entire lives! Jethro, Jenny his mother, Kate his Aunt and his 4 other littler mates were never allowed to go outside and run in the grass or sunshine! In fact, when they arrived at The Ark of Hope Rescue and taken outside, they didn't know what to do! After 10 minutes or so they started to walk around, then one of them started to run and jump on the others, it wasn't long that they all joined in! It was enough to make you stand there and cry with happiness! Each dog has now been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and are now on the right road to being healthy!
