JENNY's Story
Jenny is a 50-pound burst of joy, energy, and endless tail wags and cuddles! This Queensland Heeler/Lab mix is the ultimate playtime partner—she loves to run, splash in the pool, and unleash her signature zoomies across the yard. (Signature because she runs laps for about 5 min, and then fully lies down and relaxes! She’s an efficient lady!) Jenny is part of a play pair here at the shelter. And man, is she adaptive! Got an energetic dog? She can keep up! Got a senior fellow? She’ll lie down and play nice. Jenny is dog friendly and would love to meet your current pup, no matter their temperament! This girl doesn’t just love dogs, the moment she sees you, Jenny greets you with happy spins and bouncy excitement, ready to head out and explore the world. She’s always on the go but knows when to take a quick break in the shade before diving back into play mode. Jenny would be the perfect fit for an any family who can keep up with her zest for life and share in her adventures. Speaking of adventures! Jenny is now our longest readiest! And as such, she got to go on a doggie day out. There, we learned this little lady is way more mellow out of the shelter! In fact, she was even timid at times! She seemed unsure of the car, but road great. Accepted pets from people and was over all a great companion! You can watch her video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/xIrpX9EaXkg?si=57zcD9ZihjxEPn1X If you’re looking for a happy-go-lucky best friend, whose adaptable and oh so ready to love you, Jenny’s your girl—come meet her today!
