Jennie's Story
Poor Jennie had a rough start. Abandoned as a young pup with her littermates, she was left all alone on the mean streets of St Croix; hungry and scared. She and her siblings were scooped up and brought into foster care. Two organizations offered to assist but ghosted her foster mom due to the severe animal overpopulation on the island. With 5 other dogs, the foster mom tried to make a go of it.

At 2 years old Jennie decided she wanted to be an only dog. She adores her humans, sleeps quietly alongside them, always aware of their presence. Her favorite hobbies include solving toy puzzles in record time, practicing her obedience commands (sit, down, focus, touch, go around), getting hosed off in the heat, and who could resist: a wonderful chewy bone! Foster mom says of her, "she's super smart, she gets it, very quick".

Jennie is spayed, HW-, up to date on vaccines, house trained. She would do great in a semi-active one dog home and would do well with children in the double digits.

She is located on the island of St Croix and can be transported stateside to a wonderful home. Can she come live with you? She'd be a great companion!!
