Jenga's Story

*** AVAILABLE ON-SITE STARTING WEDNESDAY 2/25 ***
Jenga is a soft-hearted pup with an adorable face and an even softer coat to match. From the moment she settles in, you can tell she's all about love and companionship. She loves to have her head, neck, chest and belly rubbed.

She proudly sleeps through the night (yes!!!), making her an easy addition to any home routine. She's fully potty trained and has wonderful house manners. In her crate, she does well - she may cry a little at first because she'd much rather be out and about with her people, but then settles down.

Jenga has a lot of energy and really enjoys long walks - 2 or 3 times a day if you have the time! She walks well on a leash, but does like to bark her greeting to other dogs. She already knows how to sit for a treat and is eager to please, especially if snacks are involved!

When it comes to other pets, she's dog-friendly. She may be a little standoffish during the first meeting, but by the second interaction she warms up and does just fine. Cats, however, are probably not the best fit - she's very curious and may be tempted to chase.

She doesn't seem too interested in toys or bones, because honestly, people are her favorite thing. She's incredibly sweet, very lovable, and happiest when she's close to her humans. One quirky little habit? She's been known to enjoy a sock snack if given the opportunity - so keeping laundry picked up is a must!

If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with a soft coat, soulful eyes, and a heart full of love, Jenga may be your perfect match.

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption's Adoption Policy
All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $395.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. Our Adoption Request Form can be completed online at our website at https://savinggracenc.org/adopt/. An Adoption Request Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home. Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit the donate page on our website at https://savinggracenc.org/give/donate-now/. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
