Jellycat's Story

Meet Jellycat - the resilient sweetheart with a heart of gold!

JC hasn't had the easiest journey-her body tells the tale of a rough start (and honestly, a bumpy middle too). But don't let that fool you-this girl has an unbreakable spirit and has absolutely blossomed under the loving care of Border Tails Rescue.

Since arriving in foster care, JC has made a full glow-up: she's put on some much-needed healthy weight, her fur is filling in beautifully, a pesky mammary mass has been removed, she's been spayed, and she bravely completed heartworm treatment like a champ and is now confirmed heartworm negative! These days, JC is getting used to being pampered-and she's loving every second of it.

She's also got a few quirks that'll keep you smiling. Reptiles? No thanks. Cats? They give her the zoomies. Coming inside when called? Only if she's good and ready (selective hearing is a specialty). And if you dare try to rush her? She'll dramatically flop into the grass and wriggle around to remind you just how great the sun feels.

JC is truly one-of-a-kind. She's never met a person, pup, or snack she didn't instantly adore. Whether you're looking to add a loving member to your pack or want a loyal, goofy, snuggly sidekick all to yourself, JC is your girl.

She may be a senior, but her heart is bursting with love, and she's more than ready to share it with her forever family. Come meet this sunshine-loving cuddlebug-you'll be glad you did.
