Meet Jello!<br/><br/>Jello is an 8-9 year-old, 70lb, gentle soul with the cutest teeth in town! His paperwork says boxer mix but could be more of a bully/staffie mix. Either way, he’s a sweet older guy that hasn’t lived the best life. His body shows signs of neglect with some old scars and hair loss. He does get fish oil daily to help keep his skin looking its best. He was surrendered by his owner and found himself on the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter, for nothing more than being older, black, a bully mix, and heartworm positive. Luckily, we were able to scoop up this gentleman and he has undergone heartworm treatment. He’s ready to find a family of his own and live a good life.<br/><br/>Jello is a calm boy who enjoys belly rubs, snuggling on the couch, and basking in the sunshine. He walks well on a leash, seems house broken, and takes treats so gently. He is fostered with lots of dogs and does well with them.
