Jeffery was adopted from us last year but has unfortunately found himself back at the shelter through no fault of his own.
Jeffrey had originally come to us from a negligent situation where he was not being taken care of. Over the last year that he has been in a home it seems he has been well loved but unfortunately the family didn't have time for him anymore.
Jeff is a tiny little guy with a HUGE personality. He is obsessed with tennis balls and will play fetch for hours. He also loves stuffed toys but will proudly tear them to bits and pieces.
He can be protective of his toys and doesn't like to be messed with while he's eating so he is looking for a home without young children who won't understand his boundaries.
When he first came to us he came from a home with a large dog so we think he thinks he is a big dog even though he is under 10lbs. Since going home his previous owners have said that he is reactive to other dogs so he may be selective about his dog friends and unfortunately chases cats.
Jeffrey has tons of personality! He is small but mighty, happy, energetic, and sometimes downright a crazy little spaz. He can also be very sweet and chill after he gets all those zoomies out.
He is now 6 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and kept on prevention here with us.
He is smart, energetic, playful, and protective of his people. He loves wearing sweaters and soaking up all the love and attention he can get his paws on!

The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application, it can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. Please email the application to adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net or drop it off in person during our business hours.
Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed along with your application. Please allow us a few days to contact you about your application as we do get many in on a daily basis. We will contact you as soon as possible.
