Hi, I'm Jefferson! I am full of happiness, affection, and energy. Together, we could have a ton of fun and wonderful adventures. Since I am so energetic, I need a lot of exercise and activities to do. I love belly rubs, hiking, riding in the car, and playing with toys. Mayday will gladly help with dog intros if you have another dog for me to play with. I have been getting training, and I have mastered sit and down. I am greatly improved at walking on a lead, waiting and not jumping up. I'm not sure if I am potty trained as I have never been in a home - I am a work in progress! I do have Valley Fever, which we can manage with my daily medication. But don't worry! It does not hold me back or slow me down! In fact, nothing does! Please reach out to Mayday so we can get started. I am ready for my forever home!!!

At Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy, we get to know the traits and personalities of our dogs very well and try to make the best match between dog and pet parent. Pets are for a lifetime. Please be sure to keep this in mind when considering adopting a pet from us. The following requirements must be met in order to adopt an animal from Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy: -Local resident -Dogs live in home -No HOA or rental restrictions -Home visit -Financially able to care for the dog -Investment in training when necessary -Dog introductions -Patience -Love Please complete the online application form if you are interested in adopting a dog from us.
