Jazzie's Story

Jazzie and her sister are only around nine months old and yet they found themselves both in a high kill shelter in NC. It was not fault of their own, it was a case of a family displaced and unable to bring their dogs. Left abandoned, they were both taken in by animal control. With no interest and hold time being up, they were both rescued by us and taken to our vet.

Both girls were medically reviewed, spayed, brought current on all vaccines, microchipped and are not ready for a home. They are shy but willing, not any signs of aggression, sweet and happy for human attention. They are fine around other dogs and young enough to consider a feline sibling with proper introductions and care.

Jazzie is from Diamond Dogs Rescue

[Mount Holly, NJ]

Our Mission
Our rescue focus is on adult dogs from the southeast that are in high kill shelters. Our plan is to fully vet as needed, evaluate and train as needed in preparation for adoption. We place our rescues in a foster home setting to prepare our dogs for a home of their own and to determine the best match for that rescue.
