Jaxx is an affectionate, and energetic medium size dog looking for his perfect forever home! ??<br/><br/>He was rescued in Hualtulco by our rescue partner Cheryl when he was a puppy. He is available with Little Dog Rescue Society. ??<br/><br/>Jaxx will be 1 year old on February 14, weighs 58 lbs, and was DNA-tested as an American Village Dog (a common breed among Mexican rescues). <br/><br/>About Jaxx:<br/><br/> • Best suited for a home without small children (he is jumpy)<br/><br/> • Good with other dogs (has lives with a red heeler) and loves his company. <br/><br/> • Jaxx is very affectionate, playful, and goofy—he loves toys and attention!<br/><br/> • Loves to run! He gets the zoomies in open fields and does fantastic off-leash on hikes and trails. He has great recall. <br/><br/> • Kennel trained and sleeps on his dog bed. <br/><br/>•Jaxx is housetrained and quiet at home.<br/><br/>• He is wary of new dogs, especially on a leash. He does well with smaller dogs but can be jumpy when excited.<br/><br/> • Nervous around strangers initially. Little Dog Rescue Society's Adoption Policy
First fill out an adoption application. We will contact you if you are a good match for the selected dog by an email. Then we will phone you for a chat and to arrange a home visit. If all goes well then a pick up of your dog is arranged to begin the two week trial adoption.
