At 8 years old, Jaxx is a mature yet spirited who still loves to get out and explore. He loves to hang out in the woods, and will let you know how excited he is as soon as his leash goes on! He can be a little reserved at first, so slow introductions work best with Jaxx. Polite around other dogs and fond of gentle affection, Jaxx combines balanced energy with an easygoing nature the perfect mix of adventure partner and relaxed companion.<br/><br/>Jaxx is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150. Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe's Adoption Policy

Every pet adopted from the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. Our adoption fees are as follows: Dogs (over four months) = $150 Puppies (under four months) = $200 Cats (over four months) = $75 Kittens (under four months) = $100 Adoption fees will be due upon completion of adoption. Cash, check or credit cards are gladly accepted. Our shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 pm. We are located at 10961 Stevens Lane in Truckee just off Donner Pass Rd. east of downtown.
