Jax's Story
Meet Jax!

Jax is a handsome, soulful-eyed boy who we believe is a Labrador Retriever mix, possibly with some Mountain Cur, and is approximately two years old and 40 pounds. His beautiful eyes will cut right through your soul!

Jax craves attention and affection, but it is clear that someone in his past was not always kind to him. He can be nervous about being petted on top of the head, but he absolutely loves belly rubs, chest scratches, and chin rubs. With time, patience, and trust, we believe Jax will continue to overcome his nervousness and blossom into the confident dog he was meant to be.

He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and is very affectionate once he gets to know you. Jax is simply looking for someone willing to see the sweet, loving heart behind his cautious beginning. If you are interested in him, please fill out the adoption application found at www.countryclubkennels.org, or feel free to contact us at 540-788-3559 or countryclubkennels@gmail.com
