Meet Java!! <br/><br/>Java is the smallest male of the bunch and a true gentle soul. At 10 weeks old, he’s already showing what an easy, loving companion he’s going to be. We don’t expect Java to get much bigger than around 40 lbs full grown, making him a great fit for a wide variety of homes and lifestyles.<br/><br/>Java’s personality is very similar to his sister Maple—soft, calm, and deeply affectionate. He’s the undisputed king sleeper of the litter and truly loves his naps. While he enjoys playtime, his favorite place is in your arms, soaking up affection and feeling safe. He also does just fine in his crate, making him a wonderful balance of cuddly and independent.<br/><br/>Java loves all dogs, kids, and people and is incredibly easygoing. He hasn’t been around cats yet, but with early, thoughtful introductions, we believe he would do very well in a cat-friendly home given his gentle and relaxed demeanor.<br/><br/>Java is one of 8 siblings who were rescued just in time before a winter storm. Their mom has an exceptional temperament, and these puppies have clearly inherited her calm, loving nature.
