I&#39;m neutered, up to date on all my shots, heartworm negative, and ready for my next chapter.<br/><br/>I lost my vision a while back, and after that, my family took me to the shelter. They didn&#39;t have space for a dog like me anymore. It happens, but it doesn&#39;t mean I&#39;ve lost my joy or my hope. I may be blind, but I&#39;m still full of life, love, and a whole lot of personality.<br/><br/>I&#39;ve learned to adapt quickly to new environments. Once I get the lay of the land, I&#39;m good to go. You don&#39;t need to change your house or move your furniture. Just give me a little time, and I&#39;ll learn my way around. I&#39;m a smart guy, and I never give up. If you&#39;re looking for a loyal companion who&#39;s mastered the art of resilience, that&#39;s me.<br/><br/>I love to take long walks. I may not see the path, but I sure love to smell it, hear it, and feel the world beneath my paws. I get along great with other dogs and have met a few cats too we just kind of do our own thing. I don&#39;t chase, and I don&#39;t bother them. I&#39;d probably do best with older kids, maybe 12 and up, only because I don&#39;t want to accidentally knock over the little ones when I get excited.<br/><br/>And I do get excited. I love meeting new people. I love belly rubs. I love being part of your day, whether we&#39;re out walking or curled up together on the couch. I&#39;ve been through some hard things, but I&#39;m still hopeful. Still grateful. Still ready for love.<br/><br/>Right now, I&#39;m in Rome, Georgia.
