Meet Jasper! <br/><br/>Jasper is a sweet, incredibly smart, and very handsome boy who is still learning what life outside the shelter can be like. Having grown up in the shelter, the world beyond those familiar walls is still new to him, and he can be shy at first. But give him a little time, patience, and love, and you’ll discover what an amazing boy he truly is!<br/><br/>Jasper would thrive with someone who can devote time and attention to helping him build confidence and discover all the wonderful things life has to offer. Once he warms up and learns to trust you, his sweet personality begins to shine, and he becomes the very best companion.<br/><br/>He has even enjoyed a few sleepovers with our volunteers, and he did wonderfully! He never had an accident inside, politely ignored the resident cat, and snuggled up on the bed as if he had always belonged there. It was a beautiful glimpse of the life Jasper could have in a loving home of his own.<br/><br/>We know there is so much potential in this boy, and we would love nothing more than to see him find his person. Someone who will believe in him, give him the time he needs, and help him blossom into the confident, happy dog he was always meant to be.<br/><br/>Jasper may need a little extra patience in the beginning, but the love and loyalty of a dog who learns to trust you is something truly special.
