Jasper was rescued from death row at a high kill shelter. He is about nine months old and weighs about 10 lbs. He loves to cuddle and be loved on. He gets along with other dogs, but has not been tested with cats.<br><br/>Jasper is crated trained, neutered UTD on his vaccines and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $200.
