Meet Jasper!<br/><br/>This handsome husky was picked up by Holbrook Animal Control with serious, infected wounds, probably inflicted during a fight with a dog or a coyote. His wounds had festered a long time and he needed surgery to repair a deep wound on his thigh. <br/><br/>YHT brought him in and got him the veterinary care he needed. He was given time to heal, and he is now a healthy and happy husky looking for his people. <br/><br/>Jasper is currently in boarding and would very much like to find a soft landing with a loving foster or adopter who will help him thrive by keeping him active and safe. Jasper will need a secure fence, Jasper gets along well with a female husky at his boarding facility. For other dogs, cats, and children, a proper introduction is necessary.<br/><br/>Those with Jasper say he is a big sweet boy. He is always smiling; he is able to walk and jog with ease, and is really curious and interested in the world around him.
