Jasper is currently living with cats in his foster home he’s curious about them and would love to play with them , Jasper would love to have a dog buddy to play with ! <br/>Jasper is very special boy ! His vet visit stated he’s in great health and what to believe is a birth defect his left eye is blind and the right eye has 3 lids and looks to the right .
