He is dog friendly, but sometimes he plays too rough. It is unknown whether he is cat friendly. The owner stated Jasper has<br/>"extreme anxiety" and it's unknown whether she has tried medication management, but that can help tremendously in this situation. Training may also help.<br/><br/>The owner said she is re-homing Jasper because she cannot afford to feed him or provide veterinary care for him any longer due to the expense. <br/><br/>Fenced in yard, veterinarian referral, and home visit are requirements before re-homing.
