Jasper

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO MEET OUR PETS.

Jasper was born on 4-22-2026 in Randleman, NC. Jasper currently weighs 42 pounds. He is an intelligent, handsome Gerberian Shepsky (Husky Shepherd Mix). Jasper is current on his shots, has been dewormed, and is on monthly heartworm preventative care. He will be neutered before adoption or as part of his adoption contract after he reaches 6 months of age.

Jasper is a quick learner and eager to please. He knows basic commands such as sit, down, come and semi-stay. Jasper is just a 5 month old puppy and while he is 98% housebroken, there might still be rare accidents. We are working on crate training.

Jasper loves adventures, belly rubs and treats!

Jasper has been to Doggos multiple times. He gets along very well with other dogs. He also gets along with cats and parrots. Jasper does not live with children but he seems to like little people when he encounters them. Jasper has been introduced to swimming and seems to have fun in the water. Jasper is a talker and we are currently working on boundaries of when to talk and not to talk. Jasper is playful and loves to fetch.

I believe Jasper would make a wonderful companion. I also believe if someone were interested, Jasper would make an excellent Therapy Dog.

Jasper has been in foster care for 3 weeks. Foster mom became involved because her son has one of Jasper's littermates. Jasper was headed to a kill shelter and she could not bear the thought of him being euthanized. She does not believe there has been any abuse from his original owner. Neglect? Yes. But no more. In her care, Jasper has been introduced to lots of toys and bones and people.

Jasper walks well on a leash and is a great car rider.

Adoption donation $200.
Please note that we do not ship animals. We also require a home visit before finalizing any adoptions so preference is given to applicants within a 90 mile range. You will be required to come to High Point, NC to meet/pick up your new pet.
