Jango's Story

LOVE IS: Being adopted by a Siberian Husky. Better still, being adopted by Jango, an approximately four-year-old fluff with pitch-perfect harmony. (DOB around 10/2022)

Jango arrived at FOPAS from a rural shelter, where he was taken after being lost or discarded. In his previous life, he wasn’t well socialized with other animals, so he’ll be happiest as your one and only. While he’s vocal, Jango doesn’t want to talk about his past. He’s looking forward to a bright future ahead with a family to love. (A family that doesn’t live in an apartment.)

Husky lovers know this breed requires regular exercise and mental stimulation. In return, you’ll enjoy a loyal, playful, intelligent companion. A typical Husky can lean toward the dramatic, yet Jango isn’t typical; he’s exceptional. No drama! He settles into his suite, doesn’t make a mess, and is happy for people time.

Jango is not a dog park dog. Yet, with his striking good looks and people-loving disposition, he is ready to be your soul dog, your best buddy, and your loyal friend. LOVE IS: Being adopted by our friend Jango. He’ll need your help completing the application. To schedule a meet-and-greet, please submit the form, and a volunteer will contact you.

https://www.parkvilleshelter.com/adoption-application

FOPAS is primarily run by volunteers who are passionate about animal welfare and are dedicated to our animals for their entire lives. As such, we screen all potential adopters and strive to match each adopter with the perfect fit for their lifestyle and activity level.

All adopters must live within a 4 hour drive of Parkville, Missouri.
