He only walks through them backwards. Potty breaks? He insists he stands at the best angles, even if they are a little crooked!. A lazy eye? Oh yes, and it only makes him cuter! Dinner time? He'll sing you the song of his people to make sure you don't forget. Get him really excited and he might even blow a few bubbles. James is the perfect medium size and around 3 years old. He's crate trained (and loves his crate), house trained, and already knows a few commands. He walks well on leash! His favorite spot in the world? Curled up right next to you. He'll proudly bring you his favorite toy just to chew it on your lap. (Pro tip: he's a toy destroyer, so the tougher the toy, the better.) James is a total velcro pup who wants nothing more than to love and be loved - quirks, bubbles, and all!

We utilize a foster to adopt process, whereby dogs are placed with a prospective family following the acceptance of their application including a vet reference check and a home check. Following foster placement the rescue follows up with the family to ensure it is a good fit for the dog and family's respective wants and needs. If the foster period is successful, the adoption can be formalized with an adoption contract.
