He’s adventurous, curious, and always ready to see what exciting thing might be around the next corner (a squirrel? a stick? a new best friend?!).<br/><br/>Jake can be a tiny bit shy when meeting new people, but give him a minute and he’ll be leaning in for pets like you’ve known each other forever. He especially adores kids and would make a wonderful family companion.<br/><br/>He plays nicely with other dogs and is politely curious about cats — he just needs slow, thoughtful introductions while he figures out what those mysterious purring creatures are all about.<br/><br/>Jake has great manners, too! He’s crate trained, housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and is learning his basic commands like the smart cookie he is.<br/><br/>This medium-sized cutie is about 4 years old and weighs around 45 lbs.
